Tell us what is going on, and we will show you what helps.

Most spa websites make you already know whether you want a massage, a physical therapist or something else. Start with the problem instead. Nothing here is a diagnosis, it is simply what people book for each thing.

Not sure after this? Call (919) 616-7868 and the front desk will point you at the right person.

Five questions

Tell us what you are here for, and we will tell you where to start.

Nothing here is a diagnosis. It is a starting point, and where the honest answer is that you need an assessment rather than an hour on a table, it will say so.

What are you here to sort out?

Five doors. Pick the closest and the next question narrows it.

How long has it been going on?

This changes our answer more than anything else you will tell us.

Which part of that?

Skin work starts with a consultation, never with a treatment booked blind.

What would actually help?

Which area?

Who is it for?

How long have you got?

Shall we check your insurance?

Massage, physical therapy and acupuncture can be billable when a licensed clinician performs them. Checking costs nothing and you owe nothing if the answer is nothing.

When would you come?

This only changes how far ahead to book.

If you are not sure

The honest answer is book an evaluation.

If something actually hurts, and it has been hurting for more than a couple of weeks, a massage is a guess and a physical therapy evaluation is not. A licensed physical therapist assesses the problem rather than working around it, North Carolina does not require a referral from anyone, and we bill it to your insurance.

If nothing is wrong and you just want an hour to yourself, book the massage. That is a real reason and it does not need justifying.
