The cancellation policy, in plain words.

The rules

Twenty-four hours is the line.

• Cancel with 24 hours notice and there is no charge, no questions.
• Cancel inside 24 hours, or miss the appointment, and the full value of the service is charged and is not refundable.
• Arrive late and you receive the time remaining in your slot, because the person after you booked their hour too.
• Arrive more than 15 minutes late and the session is charged at its full cash value and cannot be billed to insurance.

Online appointments are pre-paid. A card fee applies to card payments, cash is exempt, and the fee never applies to insurance copays or coinsurance. Couples and group bookings hold more than one room, so the same rules apply per person.
