The table below is the shortest version. Each service line then gets its own section with what it involves and a link to the full menu, where every length and every price is written out.

Prices are the everyday rate rather than a first visit offer. A 3.5% card fee applies to card payment and cash is exempt. HSA and FSA cards are accepted.
Massage
Swedish is $110 for 60 minutes, therapeutic $125 and deep tissue $130, rising to $150, $160 and $170 at ninety minutes.
Past those three there is hot stone, prenatal, reflexology, lymphatic drainage, visceral work, aromatherapy, cupping, craniosacral and assisted stretching. Every one is done by a North Carolina licensed therapist in a private room.
If your massage is part of treatment for an injury or a diagnosed condition, some plans will cover it and you pay a copay instead.
Facials
The Photo Glow Facial at $70 for 60 minutes is the everyday one. The menu climbs through the C3 Ultra Facelift at $85 and Ageless Radiance at $110 to the 90 minute Spectrum-Era Facial at $135.
Your esthetician reads your skin at the start rather than running a fixed script, so bring the problem you actually have: congestion, dryness, pigmentation, or a face that reacts to everything.
Booking for a wedding or a photo? Give yourself at least a fortnight between the facial and the day, because extractions can leave skin pink for an evening.
Body waxing
Lip and chin are $15 for ten minutes, brows are $20, and the larger areas run to $85 for full legs, full arms or a full back at an hour each.
Brazilian for women is $75 and Brozilian for men is $65 front only or $85 front and back. Hard wax is used on the sensitive areas, which grips hair rather than skin.
Grow the hair to about a quarter of an inch, roughly two weeks, and skip the gym and direct sun for 24 hours afterwards. That is most of what makes a wax go well.
Eyebrow & lash tinting
An eyebrow tint or a lash tint is $25 on its own. Wax and tint together is $40, and brow wax with both tints is $60 for half an hour.
Tinting darkens the hair you already have, so it reads as definition rather than makeup. It lasts around three to four weeks and needs nothing from you in the morning.
It is the easiest thing to stack onto another appointment, since ten extra minutes at the end of a facial covers it.
Salt & Sound Booth
You sit in a booth while dry salt air runs and low frequency sound plays. Nothing touches you and nothing is applied to your skin.
People book it for allergies, sinus pressure and a chest that never fully clears through a Raleigh spring. Five sessions bought together are $75, which brings each one to $15.
It is the cheapest way to try the building, and it is easy to add to a massage or a facial on the same visit.
For couples
A Couples Massage is $240 for 50 minutes and $335 for 80, and the longer Couples Immerse in the suite is $400 or $450. Every one of those prices covers two people.
Couples appointments cannot be booked online, because the system holds one therapist at a time and this needs two. Call (919) 616-7868 and the front desk will find the slot.
Plenty of the people booking it are not couples at all. Mothers and daughters, siblings and friends take the same appointment, and nobody at the desk raises an eyebrow.
Men’s spa
The Gentleman’s Facial is $77 for 60 minutes and is built around skin that gets shaved every morning. Most men booking it have never had a facial before.
Alongside it sit deep tissue at $130, chest waxing at $45, full back waxing at $85 and physical therapy that your insurance may pay for.
There is no separate men’s menu with a markup on it. Those are the same treatments at the same published rates, grouped because they are the ones asked for most.
The other side of the building
Physical therapy is $60 for 30 minutes or $120 for the hour if you pay yourself, and most plans are billable so you pay a copay instead. There is a licensed physical therapist on site.
Physical therapy, IV therapy and acupuncture sit on the clinical side. If your problem is an injury, a flare up or something a doctor has already named, start there rather than on a massage table.
Massage can also be billable when it is clinically indicated, which is decided plan by plan rather than treatment by treatment.
Not sure which one
The first is the free benefits check. Send your insurance card and date of birth, and you get a copay figure back before you book, with no obligation to follow through.
That matters because the same hour can cost $110 as a massage or a copay as physical therapy, and the difference depends entirely on your plan.
The second is the phone. Call (919) 616-7868, describe the problem in a sentence, and the front desk will tell you which treatment fits and roughly how many sessions it usually takes.
If you already know what you want, none of this is necessary. Everything except couples appointments books straight through online.

At C3 Wellness Spa a 60 minute Swedish is $110, therapeutic $125 and deep tissue $130. At ninety minutes they are $150, $160 and $170. The first visit is $85. Specialty work such as hot stone, cupping and craniosacral therapy runs from $110 to $160. Nothing on the menu is an introductory rate that rises on a second visit.
Facials at C3 Wellness Spa start at $70 for the 60 minute Photo Glow Facial and run to $195 for the 90 minute Spectrum-Era Facial. The Gentleman’s Facial is $77 and the C3 Ultra Facelift is $85 for 30 minutes. Every price is published rather than quoted on request.
At C3 Wellness Spa the shortest waxes are the cheapest at $15 for lip or chin. The Salt and Sound Booth is $15 for 15 minutes, or $75 for five sessions. Both are easy first appointments if you want to see the building before booking an hour.
Yes, for everything except couples treatments. Massage, facials, waxing, tinting and the salt booth all book straight through the online system. A couples appointment needs two therapists free in the same block, so it is arranged by calling (919) 616-7868.

Monday to Friday from 8am to 8pm, Saturday from 9am to 6pm and Sunday from 12pm to 6pm. Weeknight appointments run late enough to come after work, and Sunday afternoons are the quietest stretch of the week for walk in availability.
