Privacy policy, in plain words.

The short version

We collect very little, and we sell none of it.

This policy covers c3wsr.com, the text messages we send, and the forms on this site. It does not cover your medical records. Those are protected health information and are governed by HIPAA and by our Notice of Privacy Practices, which is a separate document available at the front desk.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone, for any purpose.

What we collect

Three things, and that is all.

• What you type into a form. If you use the contact form or claim an offer, we receive the name, email address, phone number and message you chose to give us. Nothing is required that is not marked required.
• How the site is used. Pages visited, roughly where in the world the visit came from, the browser and device, and which buttons were tapped. This is collected by Google Analytics and by Vercel, the company that hosts this site. It is not tied to your name.
• Your phone number, if you give it to us for texts. Only if you tick the box asking for it. More on that below.

We do not take payment on this website. Booking and payment happen inside Mindbody, our booking system, on their own website. Card details are never entered on c3wsr.com and we never see or store them here.

Text messages

You have to ask us before we can text you.

We only send marketing texts to people who have ticked the consent box themselves. That is what the Telephone Consumer Protection Act requires, and we treat it as a floor rather than a target.

• Opting in happens on this website, or at the front desk. Nobody is added because they once booked a treatment.
• Opting out is one word. Reply STOP to any message and it ends immediately. Reply HELP for help.
• Frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. Consent is never a condition of booking or buying anything.

Who else sees it

Four companies, each doing one job.

• Mindbody runs booking, scheduling and payment. Anything you enter while booking is held by them under their own privacy policy.
• Referrizer runs the offer popup, our text messages and review requests.
• Google Analytics tells us which pages people read and which treatments they start booking.
• Vercel hosts this website and counts visits.

Each is bound to use the information only for the job we hired them to do. We also release information where the law requires it, such as a court order, and where it is needed to protect someone's safety.

Your choices

Ask us and we will act on it.

• See what we hold about you, and have it corrected if it is wrong.
• Have it deleted, unless we are required to keep it. Medical and billing records have retention periods set by law and cannot be deleted on request.
• Stop the marketing at any time. Text STOP, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or tell the front desk.
• Turn off cookies in your browser settings. The site works without them, though some things will be less convenient.

Children. This website is not intended for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe we have, contact us and we will remove it.

Changes and contact

If this changes, the date at the top changes.

We may update this policy. When we do, the date at the top of this page is updated with it, and the current version always lives at this address.
